What is your warranty or guarantee?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

What are the brand names you offer?
PPG, Pilkington, Carlite, Mopar, Guardian and some other brands. We also install OEM parts.

How long does it take to replace auto glass?
Generally 1 ˝  to 2 hours, some vehicles do require additional time.

How does my insurance company get billed for glass service?
You, as the insured, must turn in the claim to your insurance. You pay us your deductible, then we bill your insurance company for the remaining balance.

What is the best cleaner for glass and mirror?
We recommend our private label glass cleaner that is manufactured by Sprayway. We sell it by the can or by the case.  For Plexiglass – we sell a plastic cleaner.

What is the difference between tempered glass and safety glass?
Tempered glass is safety glass. There are also different types of safety glass including laminated, wire glass, plexiglass and Lexan.

Why do thermal glass units fog?
Insulated units will fog due to a bad seal.

What is the difference between repair and replacing auto glass?

Do you use DOT (Dept of Transportation) certified glass for replacements?
